High ozone concentration - low oxygen consumption
The Ozopure Ozone Generator produces ozone with a high concentration. It can produce 150 g O3/Nm3O2, which is equivalent of 14 wt %, with an absolute gas pressure of 1.2 bars. This means that the Ozopure Ozone Generator uses less than half the amount of oxygen compared to a traditional ozone generator. The high concentration of the ozone produced in Ozopure’s generators result in a greatly improved efficiency in dissolving the ozone gas in water. Tests at the Norwegia institut for water research NIVA (Norsk Institutt for vannforskning) have measured 98% dissolution in less than 3 minutes. The gas pressure makes it possible to distribute the ozone long distances and also improves the effectiveness of the dissolution. The Ozopure Ozone Generator can be run on either on-site concentrated oxygen or liquid oxygen (LOX).
Energy effective – cost efficient
The amount of oxygen used will vary proportionally to the amount of ozone produced and thus the total energy consumption for running the Ozopure Ozone Generator low. There is a possible energy saving of up to 70% compared to traditional ozone generators.
Small footprint – new possible locations
A Ozopure Ozone Generator can be placed in may different locations as it is small and quiet. Furthermore there is no risk for powerful electromagnetic fields - it is EMCapproved and does not interfere with other electronic devices.
Simple control system – makes the difference
The integrated control system has unique features that make it possible to control the exact ozone levels produced at any given time. The control system also allows for monitoring and control of ozone levels, oxygen flow and alarms. With the external Ozopure System Controller it is furthermore possible to: connect the ozone generator to other control systems, connect several Ozopure Ozone Generators, remote operation and monitoring etc.
The patented flat plate plasma reactor is what makes the Ozopure Ozone Generator so efficient. The Ozopure Ozone Generator is made from stainless steel and aluminum and is very easy to use and maintain. The modular design of the reactor blocks ensures a built in redundancy.
